What you will do:
The Assistant Manager, Digital Solutions will oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital tools and strategies that enhance business efficiency and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
They will also be coordinating with the Digital GCOE (Global Center of Excellence) to onboard digital solutions effectively. Additionally, they will also coordinate internally to ensure the progress of Metasys PVT (Metasys Performance Verification Tools) implementation and regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback on the OpenBlue Solutions / Hosted Metasys platform and provide training and support to customers on using the platform.
Lastly, they will review OpenBlue advisory reports with the team and guide the team in explaining them to customers. The coordinator will also provide internal training on digital tools and platforms.
How you will do it:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute OpenBlue Solution / Hosted Metasys which aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring the effective integration of digital tools across departments.
Project Management: Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of digital projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Products and costing marketing, and operations, to identify digital needs and develop tailored solutions. Coordinate with the Digital GCOE to successfully onboard digital solutions.
Research and Development: Regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback on the OpenBlue platform and review OpenBlue advisory reports with the team with guidance to provide explanation of the reports to customers. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital solutions, conducting research to update internal of any development of new tools and enhancements.
User Adoption and Training: Support the rollout of digital tools by providing training and resources to users and internal engineers, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization.
Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to source digital solutions that meet organizational needs.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions, using data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Meeting and commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of users and strategic customers through digital solutions.
What we look for:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including data analytics, software development, and user experience design. Familiarity with programming languages and data management is a plus. Protocol Integration conversion knowledge, example, Modbus, BACnet, MSTP, OPC UA/DA, etc. IT Network knowledge.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and driving change.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
