This role requires you to have an entrepreneurial mindset to build and manage SGTech digitalisation initiatives/programmes. It will put you in the centre of C-Suite level committee of business leaders to formulate strategies that will chart the strategic direction and vision for these portfolios. These top- level professionals may include representatives from MNCs, SMEs, Start-ups and Government agencies. Your role is to work with this esteemed group of leaders to translate strategies into tactics and monetised programmes, see through the implementation of projects, overcome roadblocks and effectively project manage SGTech's digitalisation programmes.
As part of the Digitalisation Programme Team (PDT), you will be a programme/team lead, you will oversee, strategise and manage SGTech's digitalisation programmes (not limited to):
- Digi-TAC (a joint LEAD programme with SBF): TACs | SBF
- DT-SME (a SGTech's digitalisation programmes subsidised by LEAD of EnterpriseSG)
- Develop and deliver activities and events of SGTech's digitalisation programmes.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable programmes and initiatives that will deliver deep outcomes.
- Work as part of a small team to engage external stakeholders to undertake national level projects.
- Manage and account for the finances of the programmes and projects together with the Finance department.
- Work with the Marketing, Membership, Chapter Management and Sponsorship departments to market, promote, identify sales channels, form and manage strategic partnerships including Affiliate Programmes, optimising maximum yield, achieving LEAD KPIs and revenue goals set for the various programmes.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, responsible accountability of the programmes to LEAD management team, Department Heads and Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and create effective partnerships with industry, solution and service providers, business leaders, SMEs and relevant Government agencies for on-going optimisation and maintenance of the digitalisation programmes.
- Collaborate and work closely with SGTech functional leaders and across departments to champion the implementation of programmes, supporting the development and/or fulfilment of sponsorship/funding opportunities where applicable and ensure optimal resource allocation and project prioritisation according to strategic plans.
- Work with senior management of the Digitalisation Steering Committee to provide strategic direction for these portfolios and support the logistic of senior management meetings
- Develop programme plans for the portfolios which includes development of programme roadmaps, execution plans and monitor performance to ensure that the programmes are delivered on time, sufficiently resourced, on budget and meet the stated goals.

Requirements
- 3-5years relevant experience in one or more of the following fields: (1) strategy and/or policy development; (2) technology policy development; (3) public policy / strategic planning.
