Manager, Distribution Compliance - Asia Pacific
The Distribution Compliance Team is responsible for rate parity monitoring across all the third-party distribution channels, ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards, and upholding Hilton's product distribution strategies. As Manager, Distribution Compliance, you will play an important role in proactively guiding and supporting Hilton hotels and our accredited online third-party channels (including wholesalers and Online Travel Agencies) in driving direct channel competitiveness, so as to foster customer trust and increase revenue via direct channels.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
Support the rate parity program with a specific focus on the APAC region
Serve as the first point of contact in the region
Respond to property and channel questions and issues with the rate parity program
Drive hotel adoption/use of Fornova, our rate monitoring tool
Identify and implement new enhancements to the rate parity program
Provide feedback to Fornova on enhancement needs and opportunities, so they can be incorporated into the product roadmap
Collaborate with peers in other regions to identify program opportunities, and resolve issues
Partner with regional account teams to meet enterprise objectives
Own compliance relationships with key regional accounts in partnership with account managers
Own internal key stakeholder relationships within the region and global to drive APAC compliance goals
Proactively organize hotel training webinars, and/or guides to share best practices to improve rate parity
Drive new hotel awareness of the rate parity program, including onboarding and adoption of Fornova
Monitor program effectiveness, and provide progress reports, to ensure continued focus on compliance
Train and support the Analyst, Distribution Compliance, as needed

BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
5 years of related experience
Proficiency in Chinese language (spoken and written) to support Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) hotels and investigate compliance issues on China-based platforms
