Key Responsibilities
The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing initiatives that drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the company's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to implement strategic plans, lead volunteer programs, coordinate sustainability reporting, and manage a diverse range of special projects.
Employee Engagement
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies that promote a positive work environment.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration through innovative employee resource groups.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
- Promote cultural awareness and understanding through targeted programme and events.
ESG (Social Governance)
- Initiate and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives for the Singapore Hub to build a more inclusive workplace.
- Manage and generate data and content for social reporting, including developing frameworks for local entities and consolidating data for reporting purposes.
SATS Foundation
- Propose, design, plan, and execute engagement work plans approved by the Steering Committee.
- Manage diverse initiatives that support community and corporate social responsibility goals, ensuring collaboration with relevant business units and beneficiaries.
- Coordinate and manage contracts with external stakeholders and beneficiaries to deliver strategic social impact.
SATS Staff Association (SSA) Secretariat Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Singapore Hub's volunteer programme, ensuring successful partnerships and impactful outcomes.
- Execute plans approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Drive membership engagement through well-coordinated activities and partnership schemes.
- Organise and coordinate key events in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities
- Support and manage any other projects that are aligned with the organisation's goals and values, where required.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, ESG reporting, or a related role.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
