Job Description
Primary Objective:
- To support growth and boost Treasury's Revenue and Franchise growth
- Responsible for conducting regular KYC/due diligence/AML/Related/Connected Party for Treasury
- Key data manager to ensure all data related to FIs & Issuers are maintained accurately in systems.
- Maintain relationships with Correspondent Banks and to identify business opportunities, to promote cross referral businesses.
- Market to foreign/domestic correspondent banks to grow Treasury's business/product lines
- To support Correspondent Banking Relationship including Nostro/Vostro Accounts, and enhance existing business arrangements.
- To assist Group FI in Singapore Branch's FI relationship with Global Banks
- To assist Treasury in building relationship to obtain stable funding & issuance programs
- To provide new FI solutions/products to Treasury/Branch
- Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by superior / Head of Treasury
Key Responsibilities:
Data & KYC Officer
- As key officer for on-boarding of Treasury FIs/NBFIs, to perform all required initial KYC, Due Diligence, AML, related party & other required screenings.
- To diligently perform regular KYC, Due Diligence, AML and related reviews for Treasury's FIs, NBFIs & Issuers.
- Data officer for all Treasury FIs/NBFIs/Issuers static data, to perform static data maintenance & review.
FI Relationship Management
- To work in collaboration with Group FI in managing a network of FI relationship that is instrumental to revenues generation and expense controls.
- Maintain regular close relationship or communications with FIs & NBFIs for products, business opportunities and dealing lines/relationship.
- To liaise with GFI in annual review of lines and increase the counterparty banks lines for Singapore.
Financial Perspective
- Cross sell of existing Treasury/FI Products to generate and increase revenue
- Assist with Bank's NCD program and eMTN issuances and other funding sources
- Support the Department/Division Head in the delivery of banking services to meet the Department/Division's revenue targets.
FI Support and Advisory
- Provide support /advisory role Treasury and Branch on queries relating to international FI business
- Provide FI solutions and support from agent banks for their international payment, trade and treasury support requirements
Customers / Client Coverage
- Build and maintain effective relationships with correspondent banks/NBFIs that enhances service delivery for Treasury
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Involved in negotiation with correspondent banks on matters with regards to services fees and pricing, as well as seek solutions to finalize new/potential business transactions.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- A tertiary diploma/degree from a reputable tertiary institution..
- 2-5 years of relevant Treasury or FI RMs experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate
