Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
  • Lead project team in day-today operations.
  • Monitor project budget
  • Liaise with consultants, main contractors, clients and relevant authorities
  • Chair and attend site meetings.
  • Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
  • Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on-site
  • Resolve any or other site related technical problems encountered.
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
  • At least 7 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Time and project management skills.
  • Ability to interface with internal and external customers
  • Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
