Job Description

To work in an Indian Restaurant. Must be familiar with the North & South Indian cuisine.

. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

. Maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of high-quality ingredients.

. Monitoring financial performance, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.

. Developing marketing strategies and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract customers.

. Ensuring the restaurant's ambiance and decor are in line with the expectations of guests, providing a warm and inviting environment.
