Manager, HRBP Rail
Job Purpose
As a Manager, HRBP, you will lead and manage the HRBP functions for the assigned Business Unit or Corporate Functions. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic HR support, and ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives. You will also oversee the performance of the HRBP team and collaborate with senior management to drive HR excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Serve as a key HR advisor to business leaders, offering strategic guidance and solutions to HR-related issues.
Implement and monitor HR policies and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing support and development opportunities.
Partner with HR specialist teams to deliver integrated HR services and solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and reports on HR metrics and initiatives to senior management.
Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 of relevant HR experience, including significant experience in a managerial or leadership role.
