We are looking for a Manager to head our in-situ machining section for QuantiServ Singapore. QuantiServ offers specialised, fast and reliable support, maintenance and repair services for customers operating equipment by multiple brands, both in the marine and energy sectors. You will be expected to have some experience of the following:
To be a role model and to foster a culture of Safety awareness to persons working on-site or in the workshop.
Preparation of in-situ and metal stitching offers and selling these services to customers with close cooperation with the sales organization.
Managing and coordinating machining assignments globally.
The active development of the team in terms of number of machinists as well as skills enlargement.
Proactive communication with customers, peers and partners and the exploring of opportunities.
To be responsible for the highest possible customer satisfaction and to deliver high quality, accurate work while adhering to tight schedules.
To create and maintain a high-performance team and focusing on continuous improvement.
Manage a team of in-situ superintendents, specialists and technicians.
