About Us: Inhouse Consulting (IC) is an internal management consulting group dedicated to providing services to all functions and sectors within the company. Our projects cover a wide range of areas including strategy & execution, processes & efficiency, integration, innovation & business development, R&D, organizational development, and PMO. We have a global team of 80 colleagues, with the IC Head Office located at the company's HQ in Darmstadt, Germany, and regional offices in the Boston area, USA, and Singapore. This role offers a seamless transition from external consultancy to an industry environment, allowing you to leverage your consultancy skillset while enjoying the benefits of international travel and high-level visibility, as well as autonomy to drive your projects and develop your career.
Your Role: Based in Singapore, you will provide management consulting services with a primary focus on APAC. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional projects, developing concepts and sustainable solutions, optimizing internal processes and organizational governance, and consulting with all management levels, including the Executive Board. This role will prepare you for a leading position within the company or its subsidiaries, and you will also have mentoring and coaching responsibilities within Inhouse Consulting.
Who You Are:
Advanced degree (masters, PhD, or MBA) in Engineering, Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and/or Business Administration
Minimum of five years of international experience in a leading management consultancy, preferably within the pharmaceutical, life science, chemical, and/or electronics industry
Extensive experience in leading national and international cross-functional projects, with exposure to the Asia Pacific region and global initiatives
Experience engaging with commercial and strategy functions
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with aligning stakeholders, managing conflict, and ensuring management transparency
Entrepreneurial mindset with independence and confidence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Ambition to pursue an international career
Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
