Manager - Intune SME

Must have
- Knowledge on Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator, Google Play Enterprise portal is must.
- Migration Experience of Windows 10 device from On-Prem AD+managed and unmanaged environment to Azure AD+Intune (standalone) managed environment is must.

Other details:
- Good knowledge on Mobile Device Management(MDM) and Mobile Application Management(MAM).
- In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies and MAM policies.
- Should be responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge and Experience in creating, configuring and managing Configuration Profiles and policies, Compliance Policies, Conditional Access Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc.
- Create and Deploy applications (Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune i.e., managing application lifecycle.
- Unattended enrollment of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices. Person should be well versed with Enrollment methods like Entra ID Hybrid Configuration, Autopilot, ABM. Also including enrollment of shared devices without the dependency on user affinity.
- Windows Autopilot deployment experience using Azure/Intune.
- Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies
- Creating and Managing policies for Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10
- Managing OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices.
- Good understanding on Device and User based Certificates (SCEP, NDES and PKCS).
- Experience in device management for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Android.
