My client, a leading organization is seeking a Manager, IT Application who will focus on the implementation and management of OutSystems projects. This role will balance responsibilities between application management and project management, ensuring best practices are advised and followed while supporting users effectively.

• Lead the OutSystems project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary changes to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the application landscape for OutSystems, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Advise and guide vendors on best practices in application development and implementation.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the application to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of the application.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, business units, and vendors, to ensure alignment of application strategies with business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.

successful candidate

Proven experience in application management and project management, particularly with OutSystems or similar low-code platforms.

Strong understanding of best practices in application development and project execution.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
