Job Description
- To engage business leaders for the development of new capabilities competencies and skills, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
- Design, develop and implement learning programmes, initiatives and processes that are aligned with organisational capability development
- Manage learning resources and budget associated with the job family.
- Maintain oversight of the L&D funding programmes and schemes.
- Managing the sponsorship processes, claims and audit matters pertaining to the funded schemes.
- Explore and apply new learning and development practices, technology, tools and approaches.
- Lead and Implement culture change initiatives to reinforce values, learning and Innovation.
Job Requirements
- Min Degree in any
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in leading and implementing Learning & Organisational Development,
- Experiences in competency framework development, programme and curriculum design development will be advantageous
