The Role
This position will lead a team to drive and execute leasing transactions, renewals and maintaining positive relationships within an assigned portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing of lease documents, contracts, and tenancy schedule prepared by the team.
Collate and prepare monthly management reports for submission.
Responsible for audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
Oversee arrears management process to ensure arrears ratio is low, prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
Supervise the team in the tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost.
Responsible for solving billing related issues and managing the Point of Sales (POS) related issues escalated by the team.
Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all feedbacks/requests promptly.
Liaise with internal and external counsel, court bailiffs, liquidators and collection agent in the course of work.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Real Estate, Estate Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 6 to 8 years relevant experience in the Real Estate industry with people management experience.
Possess a sound understanding of the real estate industry and strong persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
You should be meticulous, independent, self-motivated and a good team player.
