  • Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level in any field.
  • At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Entry level are welcome to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp's

Responsibilities:

  • General admin work assigned.
  • Issue invoice, quotation, delivery order
  • Data Entry and Scanning of documents.
  • Call handling and Document filing.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Support all administrative issues, ie billing, monthly report.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Handling Customer enquiry.
  • Reply email, Handle with call
  • Shipping work
  • handle day to day sale enquiry
  • Timely delivery
  • Handle inbound and outbound shipment
