Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for overseeing the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, projects, or initiatives
• Creating and implementing comprehensive M&E plans that align with project objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement, measure progress, and ensure that resources are being used effectively.
• Using M&E data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
• Providing training and support to project staff on M&E principles and methods.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in LTA/MRT Projects
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
