Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management of multiple restaurants to achieve target KPIs
Drive sales revenue, increase customer service level and ensure day-to-day operational standards are met.
Responsible for controllable cost management in terms of outlet overhead and operation costs
Responsible for developing and grooming the store managerial team to ensure career progression, capability improvement and skills upgrade
Work with HQ to ensure manpower is sufficient and manage manpower cost.
Establish procedures and standards of work to ensure operation efficiency in a customer-centric environment
Strategize with Marketing Department to increase sales and identify new sales opportunity
Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
Utilizes and plan labour effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of service
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
