Oversee and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across project phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate the MEP system effectively with other project requirements.
Ensure compliance with Green Mark criteria, implementing sustainable practices within MEP systems to achieve energy efficiency and environmental standards.
Interpret and work with Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit, ensuring that designs and documentation align with project specifications.
Report regularly to the Senior Project Director (SPD) on MEP system progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Utilize expertise in hybrid cooling systems to enhance project sustainability and performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing MEP systems in large-scale projects.
Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across disciplines to support MEP system integration.
Knowledgeable in hybrid cooling systems and their application in building projects.
Familiar with Green Mark certification requirements specific to MEP systems.
Proficient in reading and understanding BIM models, especially within Revit.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing MEP aspects of the project.
