Family Group: Administration
The manager will be involved in:
1) Preparation of standing database applications and monitoring documents for ECOS migration.
2) Manage the ECOS Support Common Mailbox
Address queries and issues from ECOS users.
Triage issues to the respective module leads for resolution.
3) Provide key stakeholders with regular updates on ECOS related activities
4) Partake in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
5) Develop user guides and outreach materials.
6) Coordinate the development of work instructions to effectively manage ECOS system.
