Job Description

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Directs and control Ocean Freight Export Operations
  • Sets, communicates and follows KPIs to ensure constant improvement of operations.
  • Ensures operations are performed consistently with customer requirements and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements.
  • Implementation of Operations strategy in country
  • Lead export operation positions and achieve budgeted EBIT
  • Customers & Service Providers contacts
  • Monitors subcontractor/supplier performance and suggests improvement steps.
  • Selects and assign key positions to reach targets.
  • Formation/development & motivation of key staff
  • Any other jobs as and when assigned by Head Of Operations

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of related experiences in Ocean Freight operations
  • Experience in managing a large team
