You will support your Reporting Officer in the following areas related to HQ Operations: Critical / Strategic Operations, project planning and implementation of new initiatives
Responsibilities
Critical / Strategic Operations
- Assist to plan and drive Critical / Strategic operations at HQ.
- Assist to plan, drive and implement all required Diagnostic services for new and redeveloped polyclinics
- Assist the co-chairs of the Critical / Strategic Operations work groups to deliver the respective KPIs
- Coordinate and liaise with IT departments to operationalise the implementation of whole of business unit's initiatives, projects and work plans
- To ensure key performance indicators are met within the stipulated timeline.
Project Planning
- Developing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Resource Management: Liaise on resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure project success.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.
- Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Estimating project costs, creating a budget, allocate sufficient people to the work required
- To ensure project deliverables are met within the time frame.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in healthcare sector, with strong operations management leadership including areas in performance monitoring, process improvement, project management and implementation.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a combination of operations management and project management. Experience in start-up of new healthcare facility will be most relevant
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills,
- Resourceful, strong in decision making, problem solving and communication skills
- Experience in operations in healthcare sector and/or IT industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritize tasks and time efficiently, work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- IT skills proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Power BI and other software will be an added advantage
