Position: (Senior) Assistant Manager / Manager in Operations Support Services (General Services)

As a (Senior) Assistant Manager / Manager in Operations Support Services (General Services), you play a crucial role in procuring services and managing the services and projects undertaken by the department. This role requires a strong technical background, engineering knowledge, cost management, and contract administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Operations Support Services (OSS)/General Services, providing administrative and operational support for various functions.
• Manage operations and systems, and review and improve the functional units in OSS/General Services.
• Ensure timely review of service/lease/license contract terms, conditions, and costs.
• Assist with logistics, equipment, and services, including procurement, inventory, payments, and records management.
• Review and update department policies, SOP documents, training plans for staff, emergency response plans, and financial budgeting.
• Manage and review feedback/incidents, ensuring corrective actions and necessary follow-ups.
• Initiate and supervise various projects with staff from different functions.
• Coordinate operations, compliance, and collaborative partnerships with internal departments/clinics and external agencies.
• Perform any other duties as specified by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 5 years or more of related working experience.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Critical thinker, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in IT skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and visualization tools.
