Manager or Senior Manager (Investment) - Real Estate

We are recruiting for a Listed Real Estate Company and their current AUM stands at about SGD3 billion and looking to continue to grow. They will be focusing on industrial/logistics spaces and have the capability to acquire land/projects under development.

You will be assisting in formulating investment strategies that are in line with the overall business plan, identifying suitable investment targets (industry/sector, company, etc) and generate investment leads (direct and indirect) to fulfil assigned targets. You will be independently handling execution of financial modelling, feasibilities and investment papers for deals and structuring them to optimize returns. You will be assisting in negotiations and closing deals in a time efficient manner etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Investment or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant real estate investment experience having seen the end to end cycle preferably
• Exposure to capital markets would be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel
