Job Description
You will report directly to the Head of Department, Projects and work closely with a team of Project Managers and other Project staff in managing the design, construction and development of the company's projects.
Your Roles And Responsibilities Include
- Report to Head of Department and work closely with the respective Project Managers, provide internal technical support in the areas of M&E design and construction to all projects managed by the Projects team.
- Establish, maintain and develop standard M&E design and construction guidelines to be adopted in all projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (eg. Project Managers, Design Managers, Property Operation Managers, ESG Committee members, etc).
- Assist and support the Project Managers in managing a team of project consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Assist the Head of Department in tracking and monitoring the relevant government regulations in M&E design, Green Building, Fire Safety, etc. and support the Project Managers in implementation of the government regulations in design and construction of the projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant M&E fields.
- Min 10-15 years relevant M&E design consultancy or project management specialised in M&E design and construction (primarily in Singapore).
- Certificates and work experiences in Green Building and Fire Safety design is an advantage
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills
