This position is under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
As a clients representative, you will work under the Project Director or Project Head in managing a high-profile, high-rise residential development project in the Core Central Area of Singapore. You may be assigned to other projects depending on the companys project pipelines and opportunities.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
At project planning stage, set out project scope, budget, timeline, and quality target, and plan resources accordingly
Appoint and manage a team of consultants to achieve project goals
Plan and package project contracts to suit project need, call and award tenders to contractors/subcontractors
Lead a team of inhouse/external site supervision staff, to achieve project quality, progress, and safety targets
Drive project progress in all aspects including design, authority submission and approval, construction, completion, handover, and defects management
Coordinate and work closely with internal & external stakeholders, eg. Investment & Asset Management team, Sales & Marketing team, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E, Real Estate or Building Management.
Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably with real estate developers and familiar with Singapore market.
Experience in high-rise and high-end residential development projects in Singapore is an advantage.
Experience in PPVC project is an added advantage.
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills.
