- Administer all direct sales channels and the procedures related to bidding which is essential for the operation.
- Engage with designated or agreed-upon clients or prospects to advertise business offerings in a particular region or industry.
- Focuses on reaching personal sales targets, developing new business prospects, building connections with customers, and effectively addressing specific customer issues.
- Create product and service solutions, along with customized contract conditions, that satisfy clients mid- to long-term needs while taking into account the advice of relevant internal specialists.
- Present the proposed solution to client representatives, then negotiate a deal within predetermined commercial constraints.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 5 years of Sales experience in Marine Sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in developing strategic sales plans.
