Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

Essential duties and responsibilities to be performed are mentioned below -:

. Identifying new business opportunities in the field of Water & Wastewater Treatment /recycle/reuse/resource recovery Management across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

. Close coordination with Process and Proposal team.

. Develop business plans for the regions

. Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

. Manage all customer communications and maintain effective relationships.

. Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets, procurement methods & internal discussion.

. Close coordination with the consultants / key people involved at customer end for Pre-Qualification & Technical Specification management.

. SWOT analysis of the market for WTP, WWTP, Recycle/Reuse Initiatives and Chemicals.

. Technical Presentations to consultants and prospective customers to ensure the issuance of inquiry in desired form.

. Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.

. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.

. Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.

. Site visits for clarity on technical requirements / for local partner selections / evaluation of local issues at different locations.

. Participation in framing of Techno-Commercial proposals deriving the scheme selection for the treatment of Water / Wastewater.

. Active / valued inputs on estimations from Mechanical, E&I, Civil teams along with costing for bid preparation

. Active participation in Internal & external Kick off meeting at start of the project before handing over the entire communication to projects, F&A. Keeping update and close track of project status through Project status report and close coordination with customer for smooth seamless handing over of project.

. Finalisation of Annual budget Document for the Financial Year in consultation with Group Finance manager, and responsible to achieve the same.

. Exploring & participating in Water Exhibitions, seminar and other events

Desired Skills:

The candidate will require:

. BE/B-tech/ Polytechnique: Chemical/Mechanical: MBA (Marketing) degree will be an added advantage.

. Experience must be between 5 to 12 years.

. High degree of problem -solving skills by application of standard principles, theories, concepts, techniques.

. Highly disciplined.

. Energetic self-starter, with effective problem solving and technical skills.

. Good communication and inter-personal skills and team player. Ability to work with Challenging KPIs

. Multitasking, result oriented with ability to consistently meet deadline.

. Ability to learn things quickly.

. An achiever with High Moral
