Manager / Section Manager - Test Process (WLCSP)

Job Descriptions

• Oversee and manage the WLCSP operations.
• Responsible for building a scalable infrastructure to handle the aggressive ramp up in volume and technology.
• Drive for continuous improvement in labor productivity, equipment performance and Quality.
• Directs and oversees WLCSP operational processes including man and machinery performance, cost controls, quality, etc.
• Provides insights and priorities based on equipment efficiency, etc.
• Establishes objectives, policies and standards to ensure volume, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Engage and manage customer expectations and requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Min. 10 and above years of manufacturing and/or maintenance engineering experience with at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Strong leadership.
• Highly driven with strong power of influence.
• Good understanding of manufacturing-driven organization.
