The Client Success Group Manager should understand clients product requirements, synergise it with MetaComp's product development roadmap. Candidates who have prior experience in the financial sector or have cryptocurrency experience will be considered favourably.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as clients dedicated point of contact who manage clients relationships and enhance clients experience on all enquiries thru phone, online or emails.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to reduce turnaround time while ensuring clients needs is satisfied
- Provide utmost support to clients via all communication modes including email, CAMP and other social platforms
- Ensure that the quality services / controls coordinate well with various departments for new contract, program or service implementation and ensures that the implementation is carried out for clients
- Handles complaints escalated from his/her team
- Engage directly with clients and ensure that excellent services are provided to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience serving enterprise clients/institutional investors in commercial banks and/or private banks.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages as one needs to manage our English and Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
