DESIGNATION : Manager / Senior Manager (Partnerships)
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a cohesive dynamic partnerships team, you are required to contribute, engage, identify, seek, and grow corporate partnerships, sponsorships, donations, and fund raising. To plan, develop and secure new as well as manage existing Stakeholders, Partners, Sponsors and Donors through robust engagement and implementation of sponsorship programmes/projects that will enhance strong corporate affinity and community ownership of Gardens by the Bay.
You will constantly interface and work with internal and external stakeholders professionally to understand multiple projects and key performance indicators, and to approach and engage these partners/sponsors/donors to build, support and sustain enduring partnerships with Gardens by the Bay. You will also organise, support, and execute partnerships-related events, including high need of readiness professionally to hosting and engagement, and relations building at industry exhibitions and events. You will need to be independent and dependable to exude effective quality work and excellent proficiency in managing dynamic partnerships work and the day-to-day partnerships business administrations and meticulous governance and compliance of grants, fund-raising, donations, sponsorships and its associated deliverables and account management and servicing efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Familiarity with philanthropists, individual and corporate donors, and experience with public grants and fund-raising would be an added advantage.
Be effective, meticulous, independent, self-driven, resourceful and able to think on your feet.
Excellent command of English in both written and verbal forms.
