Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing & Leasing (Real Estate)

We are recruiting for a real estate logistics fund. This will include completed properties and properties under construction (for pre-committed leasing).

You will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with industry peers, agents to increase occupancy, identifying prospective tenants, cold call and conduct site viewings or conduct presentations at prospects office.

You will also participate in brain-storming sessions and provide inputs on strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the portfolio. You will conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals as well as developing marketing materials for business development including and not limited to blog posts, social media posts and video content.

You will also be responsible for preparing lease approval form and lease documentation, preparing rental reports and tenancy schedule, assisting with revenue budgeting and keeping track of advertising spent etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing
• Relevant experience in industrial leasing preferred
• Minimum 6 years experience required
