Key Responsibilities:
1. Asset Management
- Having ownership of the operating and financial performance of assets under his / her charge.
- Working with the Asset Management team to implement repositioning / enhancement opportunities to maximise asset values during the investment hold.
- Performing ongoing financial analysis to support asset management and divestment decisions.
- Managing the external asset / fund managers in charge of his / her assets.
- Supporting the Finance team on loan compliance and refinancing matters for assets under his / her charge.
2. Divestment
- Keeping current with market transactions and divestment opportunities.
- Supporting the Asset Management team in the divestment underwriting and deal execution.
3. Others
- Supporting other group initiatives (eg. sustainability, cap rate outlook).
- Monitor the space and investment market trends that are relevant to assigned asset classes and market regions (including new markets such as Europe).
- Part of an ESG team that drives the company's sustainability targets.
Requirements:
. Degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate from a recognised educational institution.
. Min 3-5 years of working experience in Real Estate, Finance or Investment related industry.
. An independent self-starter with a high level of initiative, sound business acumen and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Highly analytical and proficient in property related cash flow modelling.
. Experience in implementing sustainability initiatives is advantageous.
. Knowledge of European real estate markets, along with the ability to speak one or more European languages is advantageous.
