Responsibilities

. Develop and execute the company's business strategies and provide advice to the Board

. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for sustainable business growth

. Establish and plan cost-effective operations and market development activities

. Oversee the company's financial, operational and sales performance

. Establish company policies and legal guidelines

. Lead and manage people and foster good corporate culture and values

. Manage good stakeholder relationships

. Oversee and establish robust process for enterprise risk management

. Ensure adherence to good corporate governance practices

Requirements

• Possess more than 15 years relevant experience in marine engineering industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience in developing strategic and sustainable business plans
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skill
• Preferably be able to work in overseas office in long term and frequent business trips
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Comfortable with speaking and reading Chinese as you will be working with your counterparts in the Greater China region
