Job Responsibilities

• Oversees company's business operations
• Drives growth through the development and execution of business strategies and identifying new opportunities
• Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives by providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Requirements

• Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Japanese language proficiency in order to communicate well with HQ Japan
• Have well knowledges and experiences regarding Semiconductors Industry and the manufacturing process of the semiconductor
• Bachelor's degree in any field
