Involved in the entire recruitment process, from identifying operation needs to sourcing workers.
Collaborate with manpower agencies ensure the right workers are selected.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, conducting orientation sessions, and providing employees with the information and resources they need to start work.
Handle worker relations matters, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Ensuring fair treatment and foster a positive work environment.
Assist in performance evaluations, and providing feedback of workers.
Identify training needs to enhance workers skills and knowledge.
Ensure that the workers are aware of the organization's HR policies and procedures and understand the need to follow them structly.
Schedule workers deployment, off-days and step in if required.
Assist Project Managers in materials ordering and procurement
Prefer if have a Class 3 (Manual) driving license.
