Experience : 3+ years

Type : Contract - 2 month, extendable.

Requirements:

• - Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
• - Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail
• - Basic understanding of SDLC and QA processes
• - Experience with test management tools, manual testing techniques, and reporting
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• - Ability to understand and interpret software requirements and identify gaps or issues
• - Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL for data validation (preferred)
• - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies (preferred)
• - Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• - Conduct thorough manual testing of applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
• - Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on requirements
• - Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear and effective communication with the development team
• - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and test objectives
• - Perform regression, functional, system, and user acceptance testing as needed
• - Report test results and progress to the QA lead and other stakeholders
• - Participate in reviews of test cases, requirements, and specifications to identify potential issues early
• - Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process
• - Utilize tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail for tracking and reporting defects
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
