As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are accountable for efficient support of manufacturing in providing GMP compliant systems and processes.
Your Opportunities
Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
Lead initiatives and work with a cross functional team to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality through the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Equipment Maintenance, Calibration, and Validation:
Establish maintenance and calibration requirements, and qualification of manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality production and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Inspection Preparation & Support:
Facilitate inspection readiness by presenting during audits, addressing observations, and ensuring timely closure of inspection-related change records.
Regulatory Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures are meticulously documented, and maintain strict adherence to GMP regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
Troubleshooting and Corrective Actions:
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing issues, implementing robust corrective and preventive actions to ensure process reliability and product integrity.
Operational Support & System Administration:
Provide ongoing support for key manufacturing processes, including product changeovers and serve as a system administrator for in-process control (IPC) testing equipment, managing user access and conducting periodic reviews.
Who you are
Possess a Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering discipline or equivalent
Have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical operating environment
Knowledge in SAP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) will be preferred
