Manufacturing IT Manager

Job Duties :

. Evaluate new tools and technology for continuous improvement such as Chatbots, AI and ML based software solutions.

. Work to drive maturity of Automation tools to improve efficiency, minimize risk, and reduce the time for customers. Provide leadership to global operations for a large portfolio of application and platform.

. Translate business need into system capabilities while providing the leadership to see solutions through to delivery.

. Develop life cycle (SDLC), have an excellent track record in delivering complex and cross functional projects and be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Manage teams of developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and Integration developers and also must assist development teams during detail design activities to clear roadblocks and drive to an outcome.

. Help production support teams troubleshoot production issues and work on Automation Tools & Technology on Windows, platform Integration Orchestration Scripting Web Application Database, SQL, No SQL and UX/interface design RPA.

Job Qualifications:

. Master degree or above with major in Computer Science, Information

Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematic or related fields.

. Fab 12 knowledge (Nice to have) and with 12+ years relevant experience.

. Team leader with good communication/ coordination skill.

. Experience and skills in managing OP IT team including optimazation, scheduling, AI, system infranstrure architecture, etc.
