Manufacturing Manager - West Area

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of production operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and meet production targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor production outputs and quality to meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any production issues.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• With 2-3 years of experience in a production management role.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
