Job Description:
- Responsible for the end to end manufacturing process and resolving production related issues
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, P&D and QA&RA departments to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Able to lead and understand challenges due to business nature and help enable/shape improvements to operational management systems and processes
- Prepare forecast capacity planning, monitor factory output, plan, organize and allocate of resources to meet delivery requirements
- Managing, leading and motivating the staff to build team spirit and to maintain high morale
- Ensure effective, efficient and timely execution of planned production schedule
- Implementing new technology to increase efficiency and productivity in the production process
- Ensure smooth running of all operations in an appropriate and cost-effective manner
- Ensure all finished goods are in full compliance with customer specifications and company regulatory requirements and standards
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Other duties assigned by the Company as and when necessary
