Provable track-record in the client onboarding space
A sound understanding of the FIX protocol
A solid background in UNIX and LINUX; experience with scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) preferred
Good knowledge of, and experience with, change management processes and following Agile practicies
Good Communication Skills with client driven mindset with good coordination skills and showing the willingness to work with various people internally, externally for onboarding client, resolving their needs and deliver results for business growth (on Technical Space)
Ideally holding Technology related University degree with similar experience in support high pressure/high demand and multi-tasking working environment
Good command of spoken and written English as the day-to-day communication media is in English with most of internal business users, Tech partners, Operations partners, external client (Tech space) and various external vendors to get things done
The successful candidate should be able to coordinate work in addition to client onboarding related planning. Well organized communicating with various teams/stakeholders and be adaptive and be flexible in coming up solutions with a good mindset of risk management and being a result-oriented partner
