Job Objectives
The Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance the Club's brand image and drive member engagement. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, optimising website performance, and effectively managing member feedback to foster strong relationships and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities
- Communications, Social Media, and Content Creation
- Develop and execute content strategy for various channels including the bi-weekly newsletter, website, social media, WhatsApp channel and other marketing collaterals.
- Conduct interviews with members and staff to create engaging content for online platforms.
- Collaborate with design team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with corporate brand guidelines.
- Oversee content calendar development and ensure timely delivery of all content.
- Analyse social media performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimise content strategy.
- Monitor and engage with the target audience on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering audience growth.
- Liaise with internal departments to promote campaigns, events, and initiatives through effective communication channels.
Website Management and Optimisation
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.
- Optimise website structure and content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Track website performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Contribute to the development and execution of overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets with other stakeholders and track ROI for various initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for marketing campaigns and promotions based on data analysis and insights.
Feedback Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage and respond to member feedback and inquiries through various channels.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address member concerns and implement solutions.
- Prepare materials and presentations for the Marketing Communications Sub-Committee meetings.
Take and distribute meeting minutes.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to conceptualise, develop, and execute marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred).
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Qualifications
Degree in English, Communications, PR, Journalism or Marketing preferred.
Experience
At least 3 years of working experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing communications preferred.
