Job Description - Provide general clerical, data entry and administration support in sections of the Marina.
Perform secretarial duties for the Marina Executive and Manager.- Assist with organizing, formulating and co-ordinating book-keeping procedures for the profit center.
Maintain and distribute Marina personnel documents.
- Responsible for mail distribution of both incoming and outgoing material to their respective departments.
Order office supplies through the correct procedures.- Maintain the display of all necessary license requirements according to legal requirements.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.
At least 2 years of admin support work experience.
- Friendly and service-oriented personality.
Good English communication skills.- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) beside West Coast Park.- Company transport provided (Clementi MRT Station).
Meals provided.
