Marine Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer with at least 5 years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD and engineering material calculations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, planning, and analysis of engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every stage. Experience in the marine and offshore industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

. Create and modify detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.

. Perform engineering material calculations and analyses to ensure compliance with industry standards.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize engineering designs.

. Review project specifications and technical drawings to ensure feasibility and accuracy.

. Provide engineering support to both office and production teams.

. Ensure all engineering projects comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.

. Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.

Requirements:

. Diploma in Engineering or a related field (minimum requirement).

. At least 5 years of experience in an engineering role.

. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.

. Proven experience with engineering material calculations.

. Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.

. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

. Experience in the marine and offshore industry is a strong advantage.
