Marine Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead the Marine Ops Team to achieve berthing excellence for services and vessels.
- Coordinate on berthing priority for incoming vessels.
- Handle exceptions and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Engage in discussions with strategic vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals).
- Evaluate marine ops vendors performance.
- Continuously review Ops cost and address unfavorable trends.
EQM Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) in managing depot and EQM inventory
- Ensure sufficient EQM to support business.
- Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
- Coordinate with EMC to meet EQM ops KPI targets.
- Evaluate depot vendors performance.
- Review EQM stock allocation based on depot performance.
- To initiate process improvements to align with business and customer requirements.
