Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marine Ops to manage our barge loading, sales operations, and inventory management.
- Barge Loading Operations:
Monitor and manage stock movements on the barge.- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth loading operations.
- Oversee safety, documentation, and scheduling during loading.
Address and resolve any issues during loading.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order processing.- Verify orders, pricing, and product availability.
Manage order entry and dispatch through the iWOS system.
- Ensure timely delivery and correct product grades and quantities.
Handle documentation and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD).- Prepare monthly sales reports.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly inventory reports.- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders when necessary.
Ensure system stock levels match physical inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts to identify discrepancies.
Perform additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle multiple tasks.
* Experience in operations, inventory management, or related fields is preferred.
