Marine Sale Representative

Responsibilities

• Gather vessel details and pricing information from the market for marine dredging and construction projects.
• Handle the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation and quotation to payment collection.
• Promoting and provide safety services to client.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on market research.
• Negotiate terms with clients and ensure contracts meet company and client needs, expertise with updated marine laws, terms and conditions.
• Ensure that all vessel details, quotes, and sales data are accurately recorded and digitalized, maintaining comprehensive databases.
• Manage the post-sales process, including follow-ups, client support, and securing payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marine engineering, Business Administration.
• Additional certifications in marine operations or sales management would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sales processes.
• Experience in sourcing vessel details and cost estimation in the marine sector.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events. Possess own transportation will be advantages.
• A network of contacts within the marine industry is a significant plus.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-initiative and able to handle the project independently.
• Minimum 5 years marine dredging and marine construction experience
• Able to manage full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and manage post-sales processes.
• Have market research experience in marine sector.
• Willing to travel to meet client or attend industry event, possess own vehicle is advantage.
