Job Description:

This job is to arrange Ships Parts, Ships Stores, technical services and any others required by customers (Ship's Management Company or Ship's Owner, Operator) to their ships in worldwide.

• To source for supplier / product marker
• Check incoming e-mail of the customer RFQ
• Prepares request for quotation to possible maker / product supplier (Local / Overseas)
• Check Supplier Quotation & Documents
• Prepare Our Quotation to Customer
• Check & Follow up with customer any ORDER after quotation submitted
• Check the Order sheet after received
• Prepare our Order Sheet to Supplier accordingly
• Prepare Our Delivery Order accordingly
• Ensure Smooth Delivery of Goods on board the ship and verify receipt of the items
• Follow up Supplier Invoice
• Prepare Invoice to Customer
• Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
• Ad-hoc job as requested

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O levels / Diploma holders
• Team player, self-driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic
• Good computer knowledge
