Marine Superintendent / Shipping Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Superintendent to oversee vessel operations, maintenance, and compliance. This role includes managing certification renewals, supervising inspections, and handling crewing matters to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee renewal of Class, Flag, and other certificates
• Arrange surveys and attend to oil terminal inspections
• Manage vessel maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking needs
• Track operating expenses and address variances
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support operational requirements

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 3-5 years experience in maritime roles
• Strong technical knowledge of vessel repair and maintenance
• Seagoing experience as Chief or Second Engineer (COC Class 1 or 2) or experience as Technical Superintendent for oil tankers preferred
• Willingness to board vessels as needed
