Marine Surveyor (Master Mariner/Chief Engineer) Permanent Singapore Competitive Salary

A leading global marine consultancy is recruiting for a Marine Surveyor to join their Singapore office.

Recruiting to the Offshore Manager, your duties will include (but not limited to);

• Developing and planning business to provide sufficient surveyor coverage in geographic areas of responsibility.
• Familiarity with all aspects of Company services and key deliverables.
• Attending and execute vessel/rig/OVID/CMID and similar surveys/inspection/audits where and when required.
• Assist with the day-to-day running of Marine Warranty and Rig Moving projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Assist in maintaining existing and developing new clients through appropriate engagement and liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing and continuously improving work processes to deliver excellence.
• Assist in ensuring that all operations and the quality of deliverables are following approved instructions and Company procedures and policies.
• And other duties as assigned or required.

The successful individual will have sailing experience as either a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer with oceangoing vessels. You will also have extensive previous experience as a Marine Surveyor or within a similar capacity.

You will also have Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) experience, extensive experience within auditing and vessel inspections and be OVID/CMID accredited.
